Muy. Amables .!!!

Rude, unfriendly, uncaring. Spent lots of money only to be fined by Nevada DMV after they left me uninformed about auto policies state to state. State Farm is merely collecting money and doesn’t care anything about covering their customer.

My policy was transferred to this office after my agent retired. I have had State Farm for over 35 years and this is my second transfer. I have never had an office NOT call back dozens of messages. I keep getting mail telling me ACTION REQUIRED . I can't solve or fix bc no one answers the phone. Called corporate to transfer agents and was told "go to google, pick and agent. Then call to start paper transfer process". So sad and just in shock that you can't reach someone and that corporate doesn't have any ability to help you with a new office or even they themselves reach the agent. I would NOT recommend his office to anyone looking for a responsive office.

This office is all around amazing. Prisilla is my agent representative, she assisted in switching my policy over as I just relocated from out of state. She was sure to answer all my questions and provided outstanding customer service. She made me feel like a family member and not just a client. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this office.

"Please leave a message and we will return your call in 24hrs." Worst people to do business with. Tried removing a vehicle and they made it so hard and they gave me a hassle. I recommend moving to Geico, Progressive or Esurance. They have no middleman and you can do all on your own rather than relying on an agent
